Best Practices Interns (current and alumni)

A Day in the Life at Our Company

Best Practices Corporate Premises

In this unpaid internship program, Best Practices, LLC will provide you a very diverse work experience, with specializations in pharmaceutical research, marketing, or even a combination of both. At BP, every day is different. While some might entail a very proactive work style such as social media analysis and management or website design, others may consist of more directionally defined projects.

What I have really appreciated about my experience here has been just how dynamic the work day is. In the same day I can write an E-marketing report, manage social media accounts, and also help conduct research necessary for generating consulting reports. As an intern, I actually feel like a valuable asset to the BP team, something that I think is often overlooked in many internship programs.

What BP Can Do For You?

Learn. Experience. Discover.

As a student, we know your background and experiences will differ from all other potential interns. Best Practices, LLC has the unique ability to mold to a variety of students. From Business to Policy to Pharmacy to Statistics, BP has had interns of different majors in recent years. The best part? You will learn about aspects of multiple industries like healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consulting.

We believe the best way to learn is through experience, and that’s why BP interns will get to know the nuances of these industries by dipping their toes in the water. You want real world experience, and that’s what we prioritize. Each internship is shaped towards the intern, fitting their desired career goals and aspirations. While some choose to focus solely within the research and marketing departments, many interns spend time in both in order to hone the skills they deem important to their future goals. Interns here are a valuable resource, and we treat them as so.

Most of our interns do not have pharmaceutical or healthcare backgrounds, and we understand that. The skills develop and hone here at BP will be ones you can take with you beyond our walls, and will be applicable to a multitude of different career paths.

As a BPtern, you’ll receive:

  • Real-world pharmaceutical and business experience
  • Direct mentorship by a current BP employee
  • Opportunities to engage with executives
  • Letter of recommendation upon program completion
